Herb Marinated Goat Cheese
Ingredients

1 cup olive oil

4 large whole cloves garlic, halved

2 whole bay leaves
-
5 whole black peppercorns, crushed

1 tsp. dried basil leaves
-
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
-
6 pieces sun dried tomatoes, halved or slivered

2 logs (4 oz each) goat cheese

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, gently heat the oil, garlic, herbs and seasonings until they just start to come to a to boil.

Simmer over very low heat for 5 minutes being careful not to burn the garlic.

Stir in the sun dried tomatoes and cool completely.

Place the goat cheese in a flat container. Pour oil over the cheese.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve with Rose Sisters Chips
