Pesto and Roasted Red Pepper Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese spread, room temperature

  • 8 ounces sour cream

  • 11 oz goat cheese, room temperature

  • 7 oz basil pesto 

  • 1 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained, patted dry, finely chopped

  • Rose’s Sisters Chips - Original Family Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Using a food processor, combine cream cheese spread, sour cream and goat cheese until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl between each process.
     

  2. Evenly divide the cream cheese mixture into two separate bowls. Into one bowl, add the pesto. Mix until blended.
     

  3. To the remaining cream cheese mixture, add the roasted red peppers. Mix until blended.
     

  4. Cover both bowls and refrigerate until service.
     

  5. Serve with Rose Sisters Chips.
